I am really trying to figure out how to break down my organizational/goal list in a way that works for me. As probably many of you out there are, I am right-brain dominate. I do, however, go back and forth, which is good. This means that "to-do" lists do help me stay organized, but I have to have everything out in front of my face and not put "in it's place" or else I forget about it. (take your own test to see where you lean here.)
So, today I am sitting down and putting in writing everything that I need and want to do this year. I am completely done with school so now it feels like I can finally get on with life.
Here are a few things to help you get started with your new year.
At My Girl Thursday you can download this really cute sheet to write down your goals. Go there, download it, and print it out. I had to print a few.
If you are a right-brained person, here is a book to help you get organized. I have to get to reading this. Hmmmmm....sounds like another goal.
I also started reading "The Happiness Project". Gretchen Rubin shares her experience of different things she did through a year's time in search of making her life healthier and happier.
I hope you have a wonderful time organizing your life! Let's set great goals for ourselves and treat ourselves whenever we accomplish them! We can do it! We're all rooting for each other!! Go, go, go....get out there and live a great 2012!!!!
